Well the summer is coming to a close...I was at camp all week last week with 3-4 graders, it ended up being a pretty good week! I taught twice, was a family leader, and created a new game. So it was a lot of fun! Then I taught Sunday, which I thought I once again struggled with delivery, but I discovered that I really just didn't practice enough. I would practice a couple times, but I need to do it at least 4 times if it is going to be a good lesson. Sunday after church we left for senior send-off, we went white-water rafting and camped out a couple nights. It was a ton of fun, it was also cool to hear the seniors testimonies about what God has been doing in their lives.
I'm in the office tomorrow, then we have a day trip on Thursday, then back in the office on Friday. I have two more Sunday's here and will really miss the church. They have been incredible! God has taught me a ton about life and ministry this summer, and I'm really looking forward to doing ministry full-time soon!
